Sunday, May 23 - Today's Jazz Under the Stars picnic dinner and concert will be held at the Howard County Fair Grounds due to wet conditions and chance of thunderstorms.

For the last eleven years, this has been a much-anticipated event in the Glenelg community that brings together family, friends and music fans for a fun evening of great food and outstanding entertainment. Chapel View Farm is the setting as hundreds of fans gather with their lawn chairs and blankets, enjoy a wonderful catered picnic dinner, and settle down on this beautiful country hillside for a concert by the outstanding Glenelg Jazz Ensemble. This year, ever popular Damon Foreman will be the special guest artist!

The picnic kicks off at 5:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets and get ready to swing!

All proceeds benefit the Glenelg Bands and Marching Unit. Tickets include dinner and the concert. Adults: $30; Children under 12: $17; under 5 is free.
