Fundraisers
- GHS Grocery Certificate Program : The Grocery Certificate Program is a year-round Marching Unit Fundraiser open to all students in a music program (Band, Silks, Drill Team, Choir and Orchestra) at Glenelg HS and participating is an easy way to provide your support to these various programs throughout the entire year.
Smokin' Hot Fundraiser : Our Smokin' Hot Restaurant Fundraiser is Monday, February 27th from 11am-10pm. Present the Smokin' Hot flyer at time of purchase and enjoy a great meal! Smokin' Hot Specialties: Awesome Pit Beef, Pulled Pork BBQ, Ribs, Crab Cakes, Peach Cobbler! Enjoy a relaxing night out or bring some BBQ home to enjoy!

Treasurer Forms
- Disbursement Form - Fill this out if
you have an invoice to pay - or you need a reimbursement for something
you've purchased. Please be sure to include receipts that shows the
item(s) and the price(s).
- Deposit Form - Complete this form when
you have a deposit. It includes all information that you need to complete a deposit: listing of all check numbers and amounts, calculations for currency and coins, in an excel format to eliminate mathematical errors. Please print and SIGN your name at the bottom when completing deposits.
- Fundraiser Financial Summary - When your event is over -
and all bills have been paid and money deposited, please complete this
financial summary form. We use it to track the total income, total
expense, and "net profit" for the event.
